I didn't start in a studio. I started in the venues. Booking bands, running festivals, learning what makes a crowd move, and what makes them leave. Every show taught me the same thing: customer experience is everything. Get the atmosphere right and you take people out of their world, into yours, for a moment in time. That apprenticeship became a craft, and the craft became a career. Today I host, I interview, I perform, and I build the tools that make live events run better. Same obsession. Bigger stage.
