Rhys Morris is a Welsh event host, MC and compere, the CEO and founder of the event operations platform TRM Flex, and for twelve seasons the host of the WRU Official Members Club on Wales international match days in Cardiff, where his live interview guests included Shane Williams, Dan Biggar and Mike Phillips. He hosts corporate conferences, awards nights, gala and charity dinners and sports dinners across London and the UK, moderates panels and leads live interviews, and, as a trained bass-baritone, can add a live vocal moment to any booking. Eventex named him among the 50 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in the UK in 2023.

Rhys Morris is a Welsh event host, master of ceremonies and compere who has spent more than twelve years holding the UK’s liveliest rooms, from stadium hospitality to the corporate stage. For twelve consecutive seasons, from 2014 to 2026, he was the host of the Welsh Rugby Union’s Official Members Club on every Wales international match day in Cardiff, interviewing Wales legends including Shane Williams, Dan Biggar, Mike Phillips, Leigh Halfpenny, George North and Jamie Roberts live in front of a full house. Shane Williams presented him with a custom Wales jersey to mark ten years in the role, and the WRU’s Nick Lockley describes him as “the life and soul” of the club.

Rhys brings that presence to corporate conferences, awards ceremonies, gala and charity dinners, product launches and sports dinners across London and the UK. He is a natural live interviewer and panel moderator, at ease with athletes, founders and chief executives, and in June 2026 he appeared on the panel at the London Christmas Party Show. He works to a client’s brief, brand and running order, checks every name and sponsor mention, and keeps the room with you from the first welcome to the last award.

What sets him apart is that he has run the event as well as fronted it. As EMEA Summits Events Manager at the SANS Institute he planned and delivered cyber-security summits in twelve cities across Europe and the Middle East. He delivered health and wellbeing programmes in Melbourne, Los Angeles and the UK, and as Head of Events at The Office Group he ran TOG Talks, hosting, interviewing and leading its panels. In 2023 Eventex named him among the 50 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in the UK. He is the CEO and founder of TRM Flex, an event operations platform, so he understands the production side of your event, not just the microphone.

Rhys is also a trained bass-baritone. A Cardiff University music graduate who held a scholarship with the BBC National Chorus of Wales and sang on the Chandos recording of Sullivan’s Ivanhoe, he can open or close a night with a live vocal moment, which means a host and a performer in a single booking.
