Matt Green: Rhys will give you a lot more than you could ever really expect or imagine. He's very thorough in his production skills and thinking through all the details of the day. Dr Andrew Taylor: It's that X factor he brings. He's got that ability to really muster a crowd, bring energy to an event. He brings it to life. Joshua Owen-Mills: He's got a great voice, great organisation skills. It's amazing to see him work a room and just to see how he darts from person to person, how he can multitask. He's a great guy. Nick Lockley: getting that energy in, ready for a match day. The reason that we've been so successful in this Members Club and have been able to run this for years is because Rhys does make the day that extra bit special.

Shane Williams: I've not really had to do anything. I've just let you run with the mic. Rhys Morris: Okay, I think that's a bit of a cop-out. I've got to say, Mike Phillips is always outstanding. I've had the pleasure of interviewing him three times, and every single time I've got another beer in him and he's just given more and more. So yourself for being the easiest to interview, but Mike got there for his comedy storytelling. Shane Williams: That's funny, because every time we get an extra beer in him, we get a better mic.
